Calisthenics and Drills

Body weight exercises focussed on what would benefit a boxer.
Fort those that are committed, every 3 months we conduct a fitness test and compare to the previous benchmark. This enables trend analysis and also motivates to see the change in fitness level.

Some examples: Push-ups, sit ups, battle rope, Russian twists, ball slam etc.

Fo the serious boxers, we do drills that will get you ring ready, such as shoulder drills, slip drills etc.

Strength training

Weight Training

Standard strength training with a stronger focus on higher repetitions and lower weights in order to build endurance and tenacity.

All the usual suspects such ass bicep curls, triceps pull-downs and other cable work. Various bar bell and dumb bell exercises for all muscle groups. Punching with weights and kicking with leg weights.

Kettle bell training.

Cable training specific for boxing.
